Career Accelerator Programs

MediaMKRS is launching the Career Accelerator Program with Harbor Picture Company to train early-career professionals for successful careers as a Post Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or Talent Coordinator. This paid intensive training is taught by Harbor Picture Company personnel with essential work readiness skills provided by Reel Works staff.

The program runs in-person from Week of March 18th through July 18th.

The Jigsaw Accelerator Program is an initiative by Reel Works’ MediaMKRS program in partnership with Jigsaw Productions, to provide mentoring and hands-on career exploration to young adults interested in a career in film and documentary production.

A talent program that aims to remove barriers to entry for new storytellers, build equity, and invest in the industry’s next generation of leaders from nontraditional pathways, including individuals from community colleges and certification programs, who have been historically marginalized from entry into the entertainment industry. Applications will reopen in 2023.
