Alondra Jimenez is an Executive Assistant at A+E Factual Studios. With a strong foundation in entertainment and media, their career spans over four years across talent management, development, production, and operational oversight.

Through the MediaMKRS program, Alondra gained hands-on experience interning at Firelight Media, the Department of Motion Pictures, and Blue Ant Media, where they developed a deep understanding of documentary filmmaking, development, and production. These experiences laid the groundwork for their transition into talent representation at The Gersh Agency. As a Talent Agent Assistant in the Talent Department, they provided high-level administrative and client support, managed schedules, coordinated auditions, and liaised with casting teams on projects for studios like A24 and Apple TV. They also tracked deal negotiations, reviewed contracts, and handled script submissions.

In their current role at A+E Factual Studios, Alondra supports the EVP of Production and helps oversee a diverse slate of shows, including Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup, It’s in the Game: Madden NFL, and The UnBelievable with Dan Aykroyd. They help track key production metrics, manage corporate presentations, oversee team logistics, and facilitate communication across production teams.
